By visiting Grand Bibury Fuddooo or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, guests, and users of our facilities.

All ticket purchases — whether made online or at the venue — are subject to the following conditions:

• Non-Refundable: All tickets are non-refundable once purchased. No cash or credit refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Non-Transferable: Tickets are non-transferable and are valid only for the person and date for which they were issued.
• Valid Ticket Required: A valid ticket must be presented at the entry gate for access to the venue and all its zones.
• Entry Denial: Management reserves the right to deny entry to any visitor who violates rules, behaves inappropriately, or presents an invalid ticket.
• Advance Booking: We strongly recommend booking tickets in advance to skip queues and ensure a seamless entry experience.

The safety and comfort of all our visitors is our highest priority. All guests are required to adhere to the following conduct guidelines throughout their visit:

• Follow Instructions: All visitors must follow safety instructions provided by staff and posted signage throughout the venue at all times.
• Child Supervision: Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, including in the Kids Park Zone and Game Zone.
• Respectful Behaviour: Visitors are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests and staff. Harassment, aggression, or misconduct will not be tolerated.
• Removal Without Refund: Any visitor engaging in misconduct, damaging property, or violating safety rules may be removed from the premises without a refund.
• Age & Height Restrictions: Certain play zones and activities may have age or height restrictions for safety. Please check at individual zones before participating.

Grand Bibury Fuddooo takes every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. However, please note the following limitations of liability:

• Personal Belongings: Management is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought into the venue.
• Use at Own Risk: Visitors use all facilities, play equipment, and activity zones entirely at their own risk.
• Medical Conditions: Visitors with pre-existing medical conditions are advised to consult their physician before participating in physical activities.
• Injuries: Grand Bibury Fuddooo shall not be liable for injuries sustained due to failure to follow safety instructions or misuse of equipment.

All payment-related transactions at Grand Bibury Fuddooo are subject to the following terms:

• Price Changes: Ticket prices and activity charges may be revised without prior notice. The price at the time of booking will be honoured.
• Additional Charges: Certain activities, game zones, and special events may carry additional charges beyond the standard entry ticket price.
• Family & Group Packages: Special pricing is available for families and groups. Package-specific terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Secure Payments: All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Grand Bibury Fuddooo does not store sensitive card information.

By entering the premises of Grand Bibury Fuddooo, visitors acknowledge and consent to the following media-related terms:

• Photography & Recording: Visitors may be photographed or recorded during their visit for use in our promotional materials, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Consent: Entry to the venue constitutes implied consent to being photographed or filmed. If you do not wish to be featured, please notify our staff at the entrance.
• Prohibited Recording: Visitors are not permitted to record or photograph restricted areas or staff without consent, or create content for commercial use without prior written approval.

Grand Bibury Fuddooo provides ample parking facilities for the convenience of all visitors. However, the following conditions apply:

• Owner's Risk: All vehicles are parked entirely at the owner's risk. Management shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of vehicles or their contents.
• EV Charging: EV charging stations are available on the premises for electric vehicle owners.
• Parking Rules: Visitors must park only in designated areas and adhere to all parking guidelines displayed on-site.
• Disabled Parking: Dedicated disabled-friendly parking spaces are available close to the entrance for guests who require them.

Grand Bibury Fuddooo reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notification to visitors or users.
